Getting out of the head where we are most of the time and getting into our bodies- intuitive movement. Building upon simple yoga movements and postures, gaining confidence in those to build on the practice- getting curious and finding edge- once you let go of what you think your body may or may not be able to do. That’s when the magic happens. Everyone’s edge is different. No matter how skilled- sometimes showing up on the mat is that persons edge and the rest is just flow.

A class for students who want to further push their physical limit or maybe just need a little extra fitness training to help compliment their martial art. These intense 45-60 minute functional fitness classes help improve athleticism, strength and cardio in a group or private setting.
