Yoga with Wing Tsun Flavor

Join Western Lotus Athletics every first Saturday (unless otherwise posted) for an hour of vinyasa yoga with elements of Wing Tsun (Wing Chun) Kung Fu! The class will explore the internal and external similarities between the practices.

Yogis should come experience an hour of solid yoga and to see how their practice may build up skills for defending themselves. Martial artists should come for a great workout to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and breath control.

$20 for non-members

*Wing Tsun (Wing Chun) is a form of martial arts from southern China that's unique in its relaxed posture, breath, and focus on alignment. While WT is lightning fast in its application, it can resemble a more relaxed Tai Chi-esc in the practice of its forms.
