Get in shape with the basics. WT-Prep gets you ready, mentally and physically for more intense WT training. Getting new students in fighting shape and a self-defense mind. All students new to WLA/CWTAA start here.
TECHNICIAN TRAINING PROGRAM (TTP)

FOCUS: Developing the skills of Wing Tsun
Stay in shape while obtaining effective Wing Tsun. TTP puts students through a traditional curriculum in a modern setting preparing you to earning Primary Level Technician.

Western Lotus Athletics regularly hold self defense workshops and seminars along with self defense techniques taught in our regular WT classes. Workshops will focus on very real world and practical defense. However the best way to be able to apply any technique is practice, practice, practice, in a safe environment.

A class for students who want to further push their physical limit or maybe just need a little extra fitness training to help compliment their martial art. These intense 45-60 minute functional fitness classes help improve athleticism, strength and cardio in a group or private setting.
